These House Rules form an integral part of the User Agreement (Agreement for the Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services).
By checking in, staying at the property, or using any of the Services, the Guest confirms full and unconditional acceptance of these House Rules.
🏡 The House
The following is strictly prohibited:
- smoking inside the house;
- using additional towels or bed linen without prior approval from the administration;
- inviting third parties into the house without prior approval;
- handing over keys to third parties;
- removing furniture from the house;
- disposing of personal hygiene items in the toilet;
- using a gas burner or any other unsafe devices to light the fireplace.
If you are staying with a pet, special protective covers for the sofa and bed are provided and must be used at all times.
♨️ Hot Tub (Vat) Usage Rules
- the use of cosmetic products in the water (foams, oils, salts, etc.) is strictly prohibited;
- jumping into the hot tub is prohibited;
- children may use the hot tub only under adult supervision;
- the Guest is personally responsible for their own safety while using the hot tub;
- bathing pets in the hot tub is strictly prohibited;
- the Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage, malfunctions, or technical issues caused by violation of these rules or failure to follow the hot tub usage instructions, including hidden damage (e.g. contamination with cosmetic products, mechanical damage, negligent use, etc.).
🌿 Rules on the Property
- do not litter or dispose of cigarette butts on the property or in surrounding areas; trash bins are located near the parking area;
- parking is allowed only in the designated, gated, and illuminated parking area; driving vehicles further onto the property is prohibited;
- open fire is permitted only in designated areas, including:
- the fireplace inside the house;
- the hot tub stove;
- the barbecue grill;
- the fire pit;
- when staying with pets:
- do not allow them to dig holes on the property;
- always clean up after them;
- when leaving the property, ensure that the house and gates are properly closed;
- the use of fireworks, firecrackers, confetti, or any pyrotechnic items is prohibited;
- access to technical or utility areas without permission from the administration is prohibited;
- leaving umbrellas open during windy weather or unattended for extended periods is prohibited;
- any weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises of “Stozhary”.
🚫 Violation of the Rules
In the event of a violation of these House Rules, “Stozhary” reserves the right to:
- claim compensation from the Guest for cleaning, repair, or restoration of property;
- terminate the provision of Services without refund, in accordance with the User Agreement.
